Mental Health UK (2024) found that fear, stigma and lack of culturally sensitive treatment can hinder people from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds from accessing mental health care.

We will provide a safe space for women to share, empower, and learn from each other. This will enhance their quality of life, mentally, physically and emotionally. They will be enriched to move forward with their lives.
Women will be offered access to a variety of remedial support services, including counselling, meditation, talking therapy, walking, cycling, singing, poetry and physical activities, that will enhance their mind, spirit, and health and well-being.
